Notice of The Annual General General Meeting of Outward Bound Monaco 2025

Dear members and supporters,

The Annual General Meeting of Outward Bound Monaco will be held at 6.30pm on Thursday 27th March at the Maison des Associations. The main business of the AGM will be to approve the 2024 minutes and financial statements and to elect new members of the committee.

The AGM will be immediately followed by an Extraordinary General Meeting to amend the statutes of Outward Bound Monaco in line with the model statutes recently published by the Monaco government.

Notices and agendas for both the AGM and EGM are Available on the right. Also available are proxy forms for the meetings and a proposal form for the nomination of new committee members.

Copies of the 2024 minutes, the 2024 financial statements and the amended statutes will be able at the meetings. If any member would like to receive copies in advance of the meeting, please contact Vanessa (vanessa@outwardboundmonaco.com) and we will send copies by email.

All members and supporters are welcome to attend. However only members will be able to vote at the meeting. A membership renewal form is attached for anyone who wishes to attend and vote who is not yet a member.
